At Hatched and Patched, we want you to be delighted with your home decor and textile purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resellable condition.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
